Position Overview
As an Appointment Setter, you will make outbound calls to business owners and corporate employers nationwide to set high-quality appointments and generate warm leads. Your goal is to engage decision-makers, spark interest, and schedule follow-up calls for our recruiting or client services teams.
This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy communicating, building rapport quickly, and working independently while earning great money from home.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound B2B calls using your own phone or VoIP service.
- Introduce our services and value proposition to targeted businesses.
- Qualify interest and set validated lead appointments.
- Meet or exceed the goal of 4 verified lead appointments per hour.
- Log call details, outcomes, and lead information accurately.
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional phone presence.
- Attend virtual training sessions (provided) and team meetings when needed.
- Represent Mommy Jobs Online with integrity, enthusiasm, and confidence.

Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Work any hours between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Weekend hours optional
- Full-time or part-time available
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable computer, internet, and phone
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated
Preferred
- 1+ year of telemarketing, sales, or call center experience
- Prior B2B or appointment-setting experience
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and executives
