Your mission is simple, fun, and rewarding:
You will recruit qualified candidates seeking remote work opportunitiesโsuch as transcriptionists, medical coders, data entry clerks, customer service agents, clerical workers, and moreโto join our Work-At-Home Job Bank Finder Service.
You will connect with job seekers, screen them, guide them, and help them enroll so they can access several remote job leads tailored to their background.
If you love talking to people, helping others, and earning generous commissions, this role is perfect for you!
💼 WHAT YOUโLL BE DOING
✨ Make outbound calls to job seekers who have applied or shown interest
✨ Match candidates with job categories in our national job registry and help staff with client job positions directly
✨ Promote our Work-At-Home Job Bank Finder Service
✨ Send follow-up emails and assist with enrollment
✨ Post job ads online to attract new applicants (500+ ads per week across free boards)
✨ Keep organized daily logs and candidate updates
✨ Work independently from your home office with full online training

🌍 WORK LOCATION
Telecommute from anywhere! Work 100% from your laptop or home office.
💰 COMPENSATION & PAY SCHEDULE
🎯 Earn $15.00 per recruited agent
💵 Average recruiter earnings: $500โ$1,100+ per week (PT or FT)
📝 Independent Contractor (1099)
📬 Paid bi-weekly via PayPal or mailed check every other Friday

🕒 FLEXIBLE HOURS
You have complete freedom to choose your schedule within our activity windows:
MonโFri: 9:00 AM โ 6:30 PM

✅ VIRTUAL RECRUITER REQUIREMENTS
To thrive in this role, you must have:
- A quiet home office & ability to work independently
- Computer, internet connection, and a phone with unlimited long-distance
- Ability to make 75+ outbound calls per day
- Ability to post 500+ job ads weekly
- At least 1 year of customer service, sales, telemarketing, or B2B experience
- Great communication skillsโupbeat, friendly, confident, and professional
- Strong organizational habits and consistent follow-through
- Motivation to earn money and hit your goals
- Ability to pass a felony background check
