RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer and route incoming calls professionally.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Verify patient information and document interactions.
- Provide basic service and office information.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a medical office, call center, or customer service role.
- Preferred: Tebra (Kareo) EHR experience and medical terminology familiarity.
- Effective communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Reliable Internet connection, computer, and quiet home workspace.
COMPENSATION: $15/hour with performance-based commissions. Bi-weekly pay.
