JOB TYPE: Full-time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer and route incoming calls professionally.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
• Verify patient information and document interactions.
• Provide basic service and office information.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a medical office, call center, or customer service role.
• Preferred: Tebra (Kareo) EHR experience and medical terminology familiarity.
• Effective communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Reliable Internet connection, computer, and quiet home workspace.

COMPENSATION: $15/hour with performance-based commissions. Bi-weekly pay.
